DMCA Policy — Petit Meme

Purpose
Petit Meme is a platform for indexing and sharing video memes. We do not own the rights to the referenced videos. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), we respect intellectual property rights and respond to legitimate takedown notifications.
DMCA Notification Procedure
If you are a copyright owner (or an authorized representative) and believe that content hosted or referenced on Petit Meme infringes your rights, you may send us a DMCA notification containing the following elements:
- Identification of the copyrighted work — a description of the work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the infringing content — URL or sufficient description to locate the content on Petit Meme.
- Your contact information — name, mailing address, phone number and email address.
- Good faith statement — a statement that you believe in good faith that the use of the content is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- Statement under penalty of perjury — a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on their behalf.
- Signature — a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative.

Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error or due to misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification containing:
- Identification of the removed content — a description of the removed content and its location prior to removal.
- Statement under penalty of perjury — a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your contact information — name, mailing address, phone number and email address.
- Consent to jurisdiction — a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.
- Signature — a physical or electronic signature.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward a copy to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10 to 14 business days, we may restore the content.
Repeat Infringer Policy
Petit Meme reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts of users who are subject to repeated DMCA notifications.
